Lyle Schools will have our Elementary Winter Concert (PreK-5th Grade) on Wednesday, December 13th at 6:00 PM. Our Secondary Winter Concert (grades 6-12) will be held on Wednesday, December 20th at 6:30 PM. We hope everyone will join us in supporting our student musicians!
Family Night: October 19th – Our first family night of the school year will be held this Thursday, October 19th. For this family night, we are doing a Community Resource Fair. We will have PTO, PreK, Lyle Fire, WAGAP, Skyline Hospital, CGCC, Navy Recruiters, CRITFC, and more in attendance. We will have presentations at 5:30, then pizza at 6:15. You will get a raffle ticket for each presentation/booth you visit. You can then enter the drawing for prizes!

Washington State Healthy Youth Survey 2023 - Lyle School District is participating in this survey during the Fall of 2023. The survey will be given to students in Grades 6 through 12. The survey includes questions related to physical activity and diet, unintentional and intentional injury, substance use, sexual behaviors, abuse, risk and protective factors, and access to school-based services. Survey results are used by schools, communities, and state agencies to plan programs to support our youth and reduce their risks. Participation in the survey is voluntary and the students’ answers are anonymous. There are no codes or information used to match a survey to a student. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held next week!
School will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.
Elementary parents/guardians have scheduled times with their students teacher.
Secondary student conferences will be held arena style in the secondary hallway. Parents/guardians will have the opportunity to talk to all of their children's teachers. No appointment needed for secondary students. Teachers will be available at the following times:
- Wednesday, 10/4/2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM
- Thursday, 10/5/2023 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Families and Communities,
We are looking forward to the 2023-24 school year at Lyle School District. We are excited for our secondary staff and students to begin the year building relationships and learning schoolwide expectations at outdoor school. Meanwhile, our elementary students will begin the year on campus with fun and engaging first week of school activities.
Our district has a long history of building strong relationships with students, boosting their learning and academic success. Students are encouraged to participate in sports, band, art, and other school activities. Our community and staff strongly support our student performances and sporting events.
I encourage you to actively engage in your child’s education. Please participate in school events and check our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and website to keep apprised of school events and activities. Our PTO also is a great way to meet other parents and support school activities. We are appreciative of parents and community who attend school events and lend their personal support when needed. Your contributions are valued.

Just a reminder to families that we will have new school hours for the 2023/2024 school year. School will start at 8:30 AM and be dismissed at 3:30 PM. Every Wednesday is late start, so school will start at 9:30 AM on Wednesday's.
